Guiding Goodwill’s Mission
The leadership of Goodwill Industries of Lane and South Coast Counties is dedicated to strengthening our community through job training, employment services, and career opportunities. Our board of directors and executive team provide guidance, oversight, and strategic direction to support Goodwill’s mission of providing vocational opportunities to individuals with barriers to employment.
Together, these leaders help ensure that Goodwill continues to serve communities throughout Lane County and the southern Oregon coast with integrity, transparency, and impact.

Jim Martin
President & Chief Executive Officer
Jim Martin serves as President and CEO of Goodwill Industries of Lane and South Coast Counties. He provides strategic leadership for the organization’s retail operations, workforce development programs, and community partnerships. Under his guidance, Goodwill continues to expand opportunities for individuals facing barriers to employment through job training, vocational services, and employment programs that strengthen communities throughout Lane County and the southern Oregon coast.
Kristy Langworthy
Chief Financial Officer & Director of Workforce Development
Kristy Langworthy oversees Goodwill’s financial operations and workforce development programs. In her role as Chief Financial Officer and Director of Workforce Development, she helps ensure the organization remains financially strong while expanding programs that support job training and employment services. Her work supports Goodwill’s mission of helping individuals gain the skills and resources needed to achieve long-term employment and financial stability.
Joy Medley
Vice President of Retail Operations
Joy Medley leads Goodwill’s retail and operational teams across multiple locations throughout the region. She oversees store performance, donation operations, and customer experience while ensuring that retail revenue continues to support Goodwill’s job training and employment programs. Her leadership helps transform donated goods into opportunities for individuals working toward meaningful employment and independence.
Supporting Communities Through Leadership
Through the guidance of its leadership team, Goodwill continues to operate thrift stores, donation centers, and employment programs that help individuals gain the skills and opportunities needed to succeed in the workforce.
